To return an unopened item within 30 days, there will be a restocking fee of 15%. After 30 days the restocking fee will be: New 30%-50%, Compatible 15%-30% depending on the condition of the merchandise. The packaging must be in excellent condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange/return it within 30 days, but the box/cartridge has already been opened, the restocking fee on that is: New 30%-50% Compatible 15%-30% depending on the condition of the merchandise.

To return a product please e-mail info@stsindustrialprint.com or call us for a return authorization #. Any products sent Back without an authorization # will not be accepted. Return authorizations are valid for 15 days from time issued. All returns are subject to shipping charges if you got free shipping. Please note: Prices may fluctuate due to availability. What are my payment choices? stsindustrialprint.com accepts the following payment types: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debt Cards When will my credit card be charged? Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, we will not bill you until your products, including backordered items, are actually shipped. When will my credit appear on my account when I am being Refunded? The time it takes for your credit to appear on your account varies depending on your credit type. Typically you should see a credit on within (7) business days from the time we receive the returned merchandise. Do I have to pay sales tax? Only orders shipping to California. Out of state orders, or government purchases in California are exempt. We will gladly credit back sales tax for government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that of your order's.

Address Verification

Why must you verify my billing and shipping address before they can ship my order? In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address. This could delay your order. Is my payment information secure? We currently use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. None of the hundred of thousands of people, who have made purchases through InkjetSuperstore.com's Website using SSL, have reported to us fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of their online order. We believe SSL to be a very safe encryption method, but we are always looking for even more secure encryption methods to safeguard information sent online. Our server will run detection software to help ensure you are using a secure browser and your information is secure when you check out. If our browser determines you are not using a secure browser, a message will appear at checkout. How can my credit/debit card be declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available? Credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, exp date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information. Do know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined? The computer does the credit card charges automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge declines. Only that it is declined. Verify you have given us the correct numbers and expiration date. If so, please contact your creditcard company or bank for information. May I pay using a check or a money order? We do not accept personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks, or money orders at this time. Do you offer credit/ net 30 terms? At this time, we do not offer any terms. All orders must be paid at time of ordering.
